Is your teen feeling like they’ll never measure up?
I get it. I did too. I thought the EXACT.SAME.THING. I did everything in my power to keep up the appearance of being successful. Nothing mattered more to me, but it left me empty.
Hello. I’m Anjanette Ludwig.
Certified Life Coach.
Achiever. Valedictorian. Mother.
Despite being a high achieving teen with a supportive family, I didn’t have the skills I needed to navigate the ups and downs of study stresses, social pressures, and friendship challenges.
What hurt the most? The intense self-criticism and unrealistic expectations I put on myself.
To get some sort of “control”, I pushed myself to get perfect grades and graduate as my university’s valedictorian.
I believed fulfilling this BIG goal would complete me. Make me whole.
But the hole inside of me remained.
Even after adding an amazing husband and four beautiful children to my story, I was still searching for that thing that would make me “worthy.”
Little did I know I was compounding all of it by attaching my kids’ successes and achievements to their happiness and worth. Ugghhh!
Something had to give and it did.
I discovered coaching and my mind was blown! After all those
years of searching, I’d finally found it.
The comparisons and the emptiness were gone and in their place was unstoppable self-confidence.
Teens are feeling pressure like never before to succeed, to excel at everything they do. They portray an image of success while feeling anything but successful.
Revealing their inadequacies or incompetencies is out of the question. In our era of prescribed perfection, teens do not want to appear flawed.
It doesn’t have to be this way!
Now that I’ve found that special “something”, I want to SHARE THE JOY with you! I help teens and parents break the chains of self-criticism and self-doubt and replace it with lasting self-confidence.
Yes, coaching can do that. Let me show you how.
